Personal one on one will always be the most powerful marketing that anybody can do! Quality is always better than quantity. After that I thing blogs/Press Releases are most effective.

I like to use email marketing because it works best for me. In most cases, it is also free to use.

My preferred method would be small text and display ads that drive traffic back to a landing page. My favorite benefit of this type of system is that it's very scalable. Meaning that once you find an ad and landing page that's working you can increase your advertising exposure and therefore grow your results. Add in some a/b split testing and you'll grow your business quickly!

P.S. My preferred method is a GREAT way to build your own list which you THEN use for email marketing purposes. The key point here is that you will own your list which is VERY powerful!

My Personal Strategy that has yield more in the past is email marketing as well. One on One marketing would have been best, but very strenuous and time demanding.

When we try to involve our Family Members/Friends/Co-Workers and Contacts I would prefer dialogues. I would love to show them through my PC what TripleClicks and SFI are all about.

Word of Mouth is the best form of marketing and it works well for me in terms getting PRMs especially when I focus on my Neighborhood people.

Ads. in Media have not produced the desired results yet even though I keep changing the process!

I prefer one-to-one marketing, which I am very successful. In this method, the interaction with the customer is live and the result is almost immediate and long lasting. The only disadvantage is that it is a time consuming process but the result is great and worth for the time spent!

Besides 1:1 method, my second favorite is blogging. My blogs drive huge traffic to my gateways but the conversion rate is very low. So I concentrate my marketing strategy around the one-to-one marketing method. I think this is the best one for the newbie and seasoned marketers alike.

However, I did not limit my strategy to these areas only; I tapped all the available options at my disposal.

This capacity to absorb free radicals extends at least to the quaternary metabolites of melatonin, a process referred to as "the free radical scavenging cascade." This is not true of other, conventional antioxidants.[40] In animal models, melatonin has been demonstrated to prevent the damage to DNA by some carcinogens, stopping the mechanism by which they cause cancer.[45] It also has been found to be effective in protecting against brain injury caused by ROS release in experimental hypoxic brain damage in newborn rats.[46] Melatonin's antioxidant activity may reduce damage caused by some types of Parkinson's disease, play a role in preventing cardiac arrhythmia and possibly increase longevity; it has been shown to increase the average life span of mice by 20% in some studies.[47][48][49] Immune system While it is known that melatonin interacts with the immune system,[50][51] the details of those interactions are unclear. There have been few trials designed to judge the effectiveness of melatonin in disease treatment. Most existing data are based on small, incomplete clinical trials. Any positive immunological effect is thought to be the result of melatonin acting on high affinity receptors (MT1 and MT2) expressed in immunocompetent cells. In preclinical studies, melatonin may enhance cytokine production,[52] and by doing this counteract acquired immunodeficiences.
