What's the best way to start working in SFI and why?
The best way is to
be thoroughly familiar with SFI through the LaunchPad. Think of it this
way, would you buy a car from a guy that didn't know anything about the
car that he was selling?
A good working knowledge of SFI/TripleClicks will provide the confidence and knowledge to market your business.

It is very important for them to read everything and get a good grasp
of the way SFI works. They can't learn everything overnight but

Randy. We start working by first getting to know the company and it's
all in the Launch Pad. Read as much as you can. Equip yourself with new
knowledge or information that you can find in your homepage each day
then put into action whatever goals you have set.

Does not exist best or worst way for start working in the SFI.
Every beginning is difficult.
For every the job is need knowledge.
Knowledge is acquired through learning.
Learning is acquired by reading.
Nothing not falls from the sky.
Your success depends only of you, on your knowledge and the invested to your effort.
Wealth can not be acquired overnight.

I agree with Randy
that Launchpad is an absolute must. It is a great way to get an overview
of the business. I also think it is important to encourage developing
the discipline of logging in daily and working through the To-Do list.
My experience has been that the consistent exposure to the business has helped my to become familiar with and confident in what is on offer. There is a lot to understand in SFI and developing familiarity is a great way to develop that understanding.

Yes the best way is the launch pad. However there is one thing that is missing. While the new PSA's are reading the Launch Pad they should also be following along on the entire site and work on putting the lesson into action immediately!
This way they don't forget what was read and they will be able to follow the actions and the site much easier. Also they will not only start earning VP. They will be learning and growing their business from the very start!

Some of the first things you should do in starting with SFI is to learn all you can through the Launch Pad series and other training sources.
Then take the time to think about what you want to accomplish with SFI - once you have done that you will need to set some realistic goals to achieve your desired level of success.
All of the above leads you to making "plans" and following them daily - keeping a mind-set that "all things are possible and nothing is impossible" then you will be set for the diamond level.
Right from the beginning be determined never to give up no matter how rough things seem to get - always press forward and your work with SFI will grow into financial rewards in due time.
