Confidence comes with success, and knowledge. Praise their achievements in both area's. If needed, help them recruit that first PSA. Place yourself as a "partner", and not a "boss". Make sure they know how to navigate the site.

Confidence will come with doing. Let them know they can explore the affiliate center all they like without worrying about breaking something. Show them how to find free advertising sites and challenge them to place their first ad. Have them send you a link and review it for them.
You can also have them send you an SFI E-card to test out the process before sending them to friends or family. Again doing will build confidence.
Assure them that you will help them the best you can, if they do have problems or questions.
Encourage them to come to the forum and read and ask questions... we are ALL here to help them succeed.

First that crosses on my mind is you should encourage your PSA's and CSA's, especially when they're down or need some any kind of support. You should monitor their work and highlight their success, it will be motivation.
If your affiliates have notion participate in something good they will continue trying. Simply as that.
Wish you all luck!

Tamara!Ask members of your team to make everything what you do for success and high earnings in this business be an example with your dedication, contact often all individually, tell them about all the news in SFI let them know they are not alone that you here to help anytime , always honest with your team

Leading by one's own example is key to raise the confidence of the team members. If we do not do something and want the team to do it - How is it possible?
A team will follow a leader who is always there for it!
A team will love a leader who always demonstrates how things can be done!
A team will like a leader who appreciates its hard work in front of others!
A team loves a leader who remains trust worthy!
A team moves with a leader who never gives up & do things with a never-say-die-spirit!
When you remain successful you can raise the confidence of your team members! Always help them/guide them/assist them/inspire them/motivate them.
When you do, they will move forward along with you-Always!

Set team goals and achieve them. Any team goal yet for 2nd quarter of 2016? For my team members, it is BTL. 3rd quarter our team goal is STL and So on. There MUST be team effort for all to achieve the goals.
That's how I raise confidence in my team members that we can succeed together.
See you at the top!

Thank you all. Every answer to my question is very valuable for those who build their team.
